From shades of loss, trauma and relentless stress to the disorienting effects of injury, illness, or living with chronic pain, I created Rune to light a way forward in your healing journey.
It’s a source of respite, but also a place to remember how resilient and capable you are of feeling better. Through my approach, I guide you to achieve this by *returning to yourself:* becoming your body’s most trusted ally rather than constantly living in conflict with it.
In my realm of care, I specialize in providing Acupuncture & related somatic therapies for Mental & Emotional Health, Chronic Pain, Digestive Issues, as well as Women’s Wellness needs at all stages of life.
Through weaving my extensive formal education in Traditional Chinese & Allopathic Medicine, cultivating self-discovery and sovereignty in clients’ lives are core intentions infused into my care.
Collaborating will give you the opportunity to learn the language of your body and illuminate the messages stirring beneath the surface of your symptoms.
